TheCollectibles.io is now available on iOS, bringing camera-based card identification, portfolio tracking and physical-card pack opening into one app. The official Apple listing records a November 5, 2026 launch, with version 0.1.1 released on November 6.
Scan the cards you own. Track the collection. Explore packs in the same app.
What iPhone collectors get
The app’s scanning feature is described as identifying raw and graded cards using their picture and printed details. Its portfolio totals the collection and updates values daily. Alongside those tools, the listing includes a marketplace, live pack openings and a daily free pack.
The download is free and requires iOS 15.5 or later. Apple names Horde, INC as the seller. The product description is aimed at collectors aged 18 or over. Paid packs, marketplace orders and shipping are separate from installing the app.

Start with the cards already in your binder
The scanner gives existing collectors a practical entry point. Use the camera to identify a card, check the matching catalogue entry and save it to the collection. Before accepting a match, compare the set, collector number, language, variant and condition or slab grade with the card in front of you.
Those checks matter particularly for reprints and foil variants. A recognized character or card name is only the first part of identifying the exact printing. For a useful portfolio, the quantities and variants should match the binder, not just the total number of scans.
Our scanner-app guide compares different collection workflows. If free access is your priority, see the free scanner apps and free tiers guide.

Use portfolio tracking as a collection record
The listing describes a collection value that updates daily. A portfolio is most useful when you can return to the entries behind the total: which printing you own, how many copies, and which raw or graded version is being tracked.
A market-value estimate and an actual offer are different. The total can help organize a collection and follow changes, but it is not a promise that every card will sell at that price. Keep purchase costs and physical condition in the record where the app allows it.
For alternative approaches, our Collectr review covers a multi-game portfolio, while the TCGplayer review looks at a scan-to-list workflow connected to a marketplace.
Pack opening is part of the iOS app too
This launch goes beyond scanning. TheCollectibles describes packs containing one physical, professionally graded card held in its vault. The pool lists the cards, grades, market values and pull probabilities before purchase.
After a reveal, the available choices are to keep the card in the vault, sell it while the Sell option is open or request physical delivery. Sale proceeds go to the platform balance, with eligible proceeds available for bank withdrawal. Compare those choices before buying; a scanning session and a paid random pack are separate activities.
The marketplace and daily free pack
The marketplace description includes singles, slabs, booster packs and sealed products from verified shops. Each shop fulfills its own orders, and the shipping charge is shown before purchase. That delivery route differs from shipping a card held in the platform vault.
The listing also describes a daily free pack opened from the dashboard, Collectors Club points and levels, missions, and a referral reward after an invited friend’s first purchase. Check the offer shown inside the app for the current pool and eligibility.
